At Husk Fight Wear, we manufacture competition-grade combat apparel engineered to endure high-octane sparring, grappling, and conditioning. If your gear does not meet your expectations upon delivery, our detailed return policy outlines how we handle returns and exchanges.

• 1. Return Eligibility Window

  • Standard, non-customized products are eligible for return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the verified delivery timestamp provided by the courier tracking system.

  • To qualify for a return or exchange:

    1. Items must be in pristine, unused, unwashed, and re-sellable condition.

    2. All original tags, silicone grip strips, drawstring toggles, brand labels, and protective packaging must remain attached and intact.

    3. The garment must be completely free of human hair, animal fur, chalk marks, deodorants, perfume scents, sweat, or cosmetic blemishes incurred during fitting.

• 2. Non-Returnable & Restricted Items Due to strict hygiene, safety, and operational standards within combat sports, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances once opened or delivered:

  • Custom-Designed Gear: Any Jiu-Jitsu Gi, Rash Guard, Fight Shorts, or Team Uniform produced through our live "Design Your Own" tool (including custom color combinations, bespoke sizing, custom lapel embroidery, or uploaded gym logos).

  • Mouthguards, Groin Protectors & Compression Undergarments: Once the sealed outer packaging has been broken, hygiene regulations strictly prohibit returns.

  • Clearance & Promotional Sale Items: Items purchased during warehouse clearances, final sale promotions, or archive sales are non-returnable.

• 3. Sizing & Fit Adjustments

  • We strongly advise customers to refer to our comprehensive Size Charts prior to completing an order.

  • If a standard size item does not fit, you may request an exchange for an alternate size, provided stock is available. The customer is responsible for return shipping to our processing facility as well as re-shipping fees for the replacement item.

• 4. Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Request: Email our team at info@huskfightwear.com or send a message via WhatsApp to +92-309-3084499. Include your Full Name, Order Number (e.g., #HuskXXXX), photos of the item showing its tags and condition, and the reason for return.

  2. Authorization & RMA: Once reviewed and approved, our support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the appropriate facility address. Do not send returns without an RMA number, as unverified packages will be rejected at the warehouse.

  3. Packaging & Shipping: Securely package the item in its original bag. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Husk Fight Wear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return parcels in transit.
