  • 2. Intellectual Property Rights & Custom Logo Uploads

    • Brand Rights: All website designs, trademarks, logos, rash guard graphics, product names, text, software code, and visual assets are the exclusive intellectual property of HUSK FIGHT WEAR LLC.

    • Custom Uploads & Copyright Guarantee: When you upload logos, graphics, or artwork to our "Design Your Own" builder, you represent and warrant that you hold full legal rights, ownership, or explicit license to use that intellectual property.

    • Husk Fight Wear disclaims all liability for copyright or trademark infringements arising from customer-uploaded graphics.

    • We reserve the absolute right to refuse and cancel any custom order that incorporates hate speech, explicit illegal content, or unauthorized trademark usage (e.g., protected brand logos without authorization).

  • 3. Product Representations & Color Variations We make every effort to display the colors and details of our fight wear as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor displays, color calibrations, and sublimation dye processes on stretch fabrics, actual physical garment colors may slightly vary from digital screen previews.

  • 4. Limitation of Liability in Athletic Use

    • Combat sports, including Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, MMA, and weight training, are inherently dangerous activities involving physical contact and risk of injury.

    • Husk Fight Wear products are designed as athletic performance apparel and protective training garments. Husk Fight Wear LLC accepts no liability or responsibility for bodily injuries, medical conditions, or damages incurred while engaging in athletic activities or using our products.

  • 5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms of Service and any agreements under which we provide services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
